  1. Hello to you, Heather, from The United States of America!

My name is Jackie and I am a student at the University of South Alabama. In about 1.5 years, I will be teaching math to children 11-18 years old, which we call Middle and High School. I am currently enrolled in a class entitled EDM 310 : Technology in Education. I am learning ways to use technology to teach students.

I was very impressed with your video of New Zealand history. Your presentation was marvelous. The animation made it very interesting. Can you explain how you were able to include the video of your presentation with the artwork in the background? What programs and equipment did you use to make your video?

You should be very proud of your work! I would bet that you are a very good student. Nice job!

I look forward to your response if you have the time to do so.

    The best to you.

    Most sincerely,

  3. Heather,

You are so welcomed! Thanks for responding. Even us adults get excited to hear from someone in another hemisphere!

I am learning the technology that you are now using and would love to hear how you made your video. Will you tell me what program you used to add the effects as mentioned in my original post?

I look forward to hearing from you,
